This website

The website doesn't ask you to create an account, and it doesn't hold your laboratory results. Tests you add to your list stay in your own browser until you clear them or send them to us.

When you contact us

If you message us on WhatsApp, call or email, we use your details only to answer you and provide the service you asked for. WhatsApp and email are run by other companies, and their own privacy terms also apply.

Your samples

Some tests are carried out by laboratories in our network, which can include laboratories outside Ghana. We share only what they need to carry out your test and return your report.

Your results

We release results only to you, or to the doctor or organisation that requested the test with your agreement. We send results by WhatsApp or email only when you ask us to.
